Taken from the railway bridge, and with the town hall spire, beautiful day and the forecast looks very promising for the week ahead.

Met a friend for coffee and had intended going a good river walk, unfortunately the medium (MASSIVE) Costa coffee was too much liquid and i needed to cut short the walk.

Bladder of an infant!

Anyhoo, was a nice afternoon.

Having a weight loss competition with a couple of friends so i shall be walking further and eating considerably less for the foreseeable future.
