Heatwave

Blue sky. Sun. Is this for real? Just as the shops start filling with Christmas cards and wrapping paper, the barbeque weather returns. Let's not complain...but it does seem a bit odd that we go right through July and August with mediocre weather and just as October approaches, we get a late burst of sun.

I'm not outside enjoying the weather (I just stepped out to take the photo and then sat back in front of my computer). I'll get my Vitamin D fix when I'm standing in the playground this afternoon. :-)
