Tha pearls of wisdom from this book by Piven & Borgenicht are a must read.....however unlikely it may seem that you may ever need to 'escape from a mountain lion', I still think the skills that they teach can be easily transfered into everyday life.

Such as.....how to escape from a mugger?
.....how to escape from an on the street religious preacher?
.....how to escape from an unwanted admirer?
