40kms on the bikes today, with a couple of hills - one of which went on forever - in Poland, lunch at the border, then a couple more hills - one of them really big too - back in Slovakia. Finished up at the village of Zdiar at the edge of the Western Tatras. Lots of traditional wooden houses, some of them beautifully painted and with plenty of flowers.
