Happy Birthday Anna

Any one remember their 8th birthday? We phoned Anna this morning to sing happy birthday and find out what she got for her b'day..... she was sooo excited she could hardly express herself. The pure innocent excitement.

So today, granny Phil, sis and family over for b'day lunch and lots of b'day cake. The food was spectacular cooked by the wonderful C, all was a big hit with the under 10s (which is no mean feat!) A great day had by all, topped by the arrival of our long awaited sofa (3 months) so much lounging will be done this evening I suspect.

PS Saturdays are much loved also ;-))
