Back shopping

After a Sunday suffering with my back breaking, I had to escape for some air, well some shopping.

Ally drove me the quarter of a mile ( as I couldn't have walked it), to the shop and he made dinner when we returned.

I haven't really recovered fully from last weekend and the 920 miles I drove, never mind the crazy extra hours at work. Something had to give and I fear it was my back. I need a good nights sleep, but lying down isn't so good.

Anyone know a good second hand shop.............? I need a new back.
