An unusual find in the park!

Quite a day today. Mr SC and I had agreed to pick up a colleague from a recycling site at lunchtime, but somehow managed to get lost 3 times on the way there - hooray for the men in the pub at Maresfield who managed to give us directions that finally made sense.

On the way home we passed Hampden Park rugby club and spotted a Chinook helicopter on the park at a fun day. Made it back home in time for the two 'boys' to settle down to watch the footie and I went back to the park. Even better than expected the public were allowed into the Chinook and even sit in the cockpit - amazing. I stayed to watch it take off, a real treat and it sounded just fabulous. Can't wait until August when it'll be back for Airbourne.
