Start Point from Landcombe Cove

You can just make out Start Point Lighthouse, but it's a bit hazy. (Easier to see with the naked eye than in the photo.) Lovely afternoon. Had a deep paddle which got me wet to my shoulders, but didn't actually swim as the sea was quite rough and I'm not a strong enough swimmer to be safe in high waves. Lovely walk down there and back. Saw lots of different fungi, too, so may return and blip them during this week. Hope that, if we get the promised mini-heatwave, I may yet get another sea-swim before the season's over.
