So near, so-fa

For the past month we have been sans sofa, having taken the old sofa out before the new lounge carpet was delivered, and we've just been perching on the sofa cushions on the floor since then. We all thought it was fun at first, but for Hubby and I the novelty has worn off, although the kids still think it's great, and Mabel, our poor old 16-year-old cat loves being able to snuggle on the sofa without a 'big' jump.

Well, tomorrow the cushions go and the new sofa arrives. Can't wait!
