End of season

Was almost glad to be working a long shift on the birth unit today as the weather outside looked pretty miserable.
I did however pop out into the sensory garden next to the birth unit for a quick blip.
The lavender was looking gloomy and definitely past its best but there was still a lovely scent being emitted from the foliage.

Another long shift tomorrow although I understand the weather will be better.
