A little sugar in my bowl..

A long needed day off..

Had a lay in this morning, well, sort of. My lovely Lady and I went into town to look for some bits and bobs, had coffee and a mooch. The usual market was on and is always fun to look round.

We came back home and had some lunch and then I did some fettling on the bikes, I love pottering about with the bikes and Wifey's needed some adjusting.

A little bike ride for me and then we both went to the gym for a work out!

In the evening it was a 'Come dine with me' themed night at a friends house, OLD GIT style, what a hoot! Food and company was fab..... what a great day!
