Shepherd's hut with cheese smoking in progress, unfortunately the shepherd wasn't there at the time. (Actually, probably a cowherd).
Quite low cloud todayand cycling through forest a fair bit and so not many views and we didn't stop much but the farmers still use little huts like this to smoke their cheese, which is first made in moulds of a variety of sizes and make it heavily patterned on the outside. It tastes very good, plain or smoked.
