Capacious not cumbersome

Found a wonderfully eccentric book in the second hand bookshop at Chirk Castle today. Entitled 'Gifts You Can Make Yourself' it's stuffed full of delightfully whimsical but fiercely practical (and quite technically demanding I might add) projects that one can make at home. Chock full of great images like this one for a leather shopping bag...a huge dose of times past.....
