Raindrops and ripples

Not a happy blipping day...!

Resorted to the large puddle outside our door with a fastish shutter, having failed to make the best of some shells I'd collected a couple of weeks ago.

[Exasperated sigh.] I have wet feet from venturing forth, lots of washing needing to be hung out to dry, and I'm a bit grumpy at this rain. [Wiggling wet toes.]

So I'm having to really concentrate on the ups, of which there are a few: I'm on holiday tomorrow, I have a nice bottle of Crabbies ginger beer in the fridge, and some chicken kiev to look forward to - plus I don't have to go out in the wet again tonight.

So it ain't all bad, really :o)
