'Hall of Glory'

Looking up at the domed ceiling in Victory Park's World War Two memorial museum - a moving and impressive monument. Its texts, though, are unedited since its founding: I am still told of the plotting of the Brits and French, the unparalleled evils of Nazi oppression/forced labour of Russians (unheard of in the USSR, of course...) and the glorious intervention, and subsequent victory, of the Soviets.
