Lamingtons

Lamingtons are a well known phenomenon in New Zealand. Cuboid blocks of sponge cake coated in chocolate or raspberry icing and covered in desiccated coconut.

My flatmate has just bought a bulk pack of them from the local Pak'n'Save supermarket and I love their crazy e-number colours. I can imagine kids bouncing off the walls after eating a few of these.
