Blue and Red Go for a Walk

As I was leaving the public library this afternoon, I saw this couple leaving ahead of me. For some reason I decided to take their picture. I played around with some filters in Photoshop and washed out most of the colors. I then used a layer mask to bring back the vibrant blue and red of their tote bags.
