Pan fried goat's cheese terrine

with roasted cherry tomatoes, aged balsamic, pine nuts and mixed leaves.

Looking at this now I really fancy some olives to go with it. I might add them to the dish on monday. Not sure yet, will decide then. We've had a busy weekend. It has been good.
