He Shoots. He Scores!
At football matches, I thought it was usually the crowd that roars. But this chap is displaying his silky skills on Pitzhanger Manor, Ealing home of architect Sir John Soane (1753-1837). I can only assume Soane was a Millwall fan.
The building was bought by Ealing council in 1900, & until 1984 was used as a public library. It re-opened in 1987 as a gallery & museum.
Slightly frustrating day, today.
Tried to fix leaking bath tap & broke it.
Put camshaft back in old bike engine. "Check camshaft rotates freely" says manual. It doesn't.
Spent over an hour trying to get computer to connect to internet. Succeeded!
(I'll catch up with you tomorrow!)
