The next best thing to a badger.

Spent a couple of hours in the forest way up in the hills, pitch black waiting for badgers to show. As i sat alone, this young tawny owl kept landing next to me screeching, flying away and returning every 10 min's to a different tree. I gave up on the badgers for today. ;-)
