Hula hooping!

I had a lovely relaxed day and met up with my son's family at the "Living Food" exhibition at Cawdor Castle. It was a gorgeous, warm sunny day and it had brought out a huge crowd so browse and mingle amongst the stalls displaying the best of local produce. I bought some locally farmed free range pork for Sunday dinner, smoked cheese made in Caithness and bread freshly baked by Ullapool bakery.

Sutherland loved the little circus tent that had fun activities for children to take part in. He got a monkey balloon specially made for him and this little girl had great fun hula hooping with multiple hoops! Don't think that I could even manage one!
