Tenderised.....

Robin's Scout group had an afternoon cycling today along the shores of Loch Leven. The permission slip had "Everyone Welcome" on it so we loaded up the bikes and off we went.

My backside feels like it's been bashed with a tenderising mallet!

The last time I rode a bike was about 3 years ago, and that was only for about 2 miles.
Maybe I should have read the website more closely. I remembered that 12km was mentioned somewhere ..... didn't realise it was 12.5km there AND back, the trail doesn't actually go all the way round the loch.

25km (that's 16.5 MILES) later I may just be walking like John Wayne but I am well impressed that I did it :D
