Row of heads

Have been out of the blip loop for a week or so now,have loved looking at everyones pics but have felt a bit uninspired by my surroundings so haven't put an entry on myself. Today,however,whilst having a walk along the canal I saw this! No idea what they're for but thought I'd share it. :-)
