£2 Compensation

Last Sunday I brought a reduced loaf of bread, and after checking the receipt when I got home I saw that my local Asda supermarket had charged me the full price for it.

So I complained and sent them an email. Had not heard anything off them until this afternoon. I got a phonecall on my lunch and they apologised and would give me a refund of the difference plus compensation of £2. Happy days, so it does pay to complain! Hahaha!
