Hey... Watch Out

In China, this is how you alert people driving at 60km an hour on a busy 6 lane road that there is a huge hole in the road. However, most Chinese drivers are so aware when they drive, that I doubt anyone would have even hit the hats. They drive like absolute maniacs but have very few accidents from what I have seen. OH.. and I think when they learn to drive, they are taught that a car will refuse to stay on the road unless the horn is blasted every 15 seconds.
