Actually there's six pieces of fruit there so well done Eleanor. She's a goody two shoes.

Some of the gang count slices in a G&T or say a fruit pastel lolly has the juice from 5 fruits. Or use the Glasgow target of 1 a day - Irn-brew!
Picked up the little fruit bowl in a charity shop today. Not exactly mid century modern but I couldn't resist it :)
