Chipgull?

The seagulls in Bakewell can be very menacing and amusing!
I know I shouldn't laugh but when you see them on mass going for a chip eater it's like something from Alfred Hitchcocks 'The Birds'.
When I was younger they were looked upon as exotic and were only seen next to the sea.
Now they're everywhere including Bakewell which is about as far away from the sea as you can get.
Maybe it wasn't the sea that they were interested in at all, just a plentiful supply of chips.
