Poodles, a confession

I am a major animal person. This is not a revelation. I have always been an animal person. That being said, I have met 3 animals in my life who did not like me back. 2 of which were toy poodles. This led me to not be very pro poodle. Fast forward to 2 years ago. I was working at a rescue for dogs and this pathetic, blind near deaf toy poodle got dumped. He started immediately started following me around, crying when I left the room, ect ect. I kept telling him that I do not like poodles and to leave me alone. He did not listen. Eventually, he wore me down and I brought him home. I really do love him. The confession part? I have started liking poodles in general. Eek!
This little guy stole my heart today. But I resisted bringing him home.
At least for now.
