...are needed if you want to survive bureaucratic struggles at university ;-)

Just like in Vienna the process of registrating for courses is a total mess and causes everyone lots of stress. Especially being an ERASMUS-student it's quite painful, because instead of signing up for courses online I have to go to each Professor and talk to them and have them sign a paper stating that I am accepted into their course. Since my campus is superlarge and I still don't have any orientation whatsoever the biggest task is to find them. And once youfind their office there's no guarantee they're actually there, even though they're supposed to these days.

Let's see in how many courses I will get accepted, but to be honest I am not too concerned, because I won't let this bureaucratic bulls*** get me down and above all I am here to learn Turkish and get a better insight into Turkish Culture, Society and POlitics :-)
