Empty Opportunity

This plaza is located at a mall not too far from where I work. This space is so underused! There could be tables, chairs, shade awnings and water and plants -- a lively place. Instead, at 1 in the afternoon, the interior of the mall is full of shoppers and diners, and this space is oddly empty. Suburban life!
