the gasman drilleth

We're having gas.
So.
Last week a man came to see where to drill a hole.
Today a different man came and said " where would you like me to drill a hole?"
He drilled a hole where I most politely suggeasted and nearly killed himself- in the end it was a cut finger but a lucky escape from worse. (nice chap though).
Next week a man comes to put a pipeful of gas into the house
The week after that a man comes to put a meter in
The week after that a man comes to connect the cooker to the gas
The week after that boiler
the week after that radiators
the week after that . . . . dunno :)
