Lovely lily

I have been patiently waiting for this flower to bloom. It has been fascinating me (another one from my neighbours garden!). It is a lovelyh splash of colour in the autumnal greenery.

I had no idea what itg was, but was chatting with my neighbour today and she says it is some kind of late blooming lily....

We had a bit of a party in the living room this afternoon. Tara had her best friend round after school, which meant his little sister and my best friend came round too .....

The kids found Tara's wind up radio and were dancing to it for ages ... looked very funny but unfortuately didn't translate to pictures ;0)
