Or Cep as they are known in English. This was part of a serious haul from a mushroom hunt I couldn't take part in. We now have 8 jars of pickled mushrooms and about a half liter of reduced mushroom stock. And we're having the best mushrooms for dinner tonight.

This is a good thing. Other than that, today has been remarkable for very little (as far as I know, you may know different). A quiet evening lies ahead. Yahoo.
