Seeds

... but not for planting. These are for sprinkling onto my Branflakes at breakfast time. Very tasty as it goes. Actually, the black things that look like rat droppings are sultanas, so not technically seeds, but it's getting late, I've still got a headache ( 10 days now, really pissing me off ) and you don't wanna mess with me tonight!
