excuse me, Health&Safety?!

sponsored walk today, and we all had to climb down this hill. of course I barged in front and ran down at full speed. twice. second time falling and face-planting in front of the whole school and getting sand in all sorts of interesting places. carefully climbed down . I have a sore shoulder and I think I've broken my bum :(
