Bit of fuss

Well I have been real poorly today with the dreaded 'tummy bug' the one that makes you feel like your insides are out and that you have been run over by a bus and that your skin has been rubbed with stinging nettles!! After spending all day in bed I got up for a few hours to watch the tv for a bit and my little girl came and curled up beside me bless her.
Luckily I did have a day nurse who brought me glasses of ice cold water .
Hopefully it is a 24 hour bug so by tomorrow I should be feeling a bit better.
