The only drops of snow seen today

I'm amazed so far by the weather we're having. Had the occasional splash of hail stones but that is it. Surely we should be having what the south is experiencing, I mean the cockernys always refer to it as the frozen north!

Not much happening today, really drab day, so went for a walk in the woods behind the new houses, mainly to shelter from the rain and was amazed by the carpet of snowdrops, really quite lovely.
