Furry, but probably not for stroking?

It seems the blip habit is too hard to break!

I went out with the camera for a nonchalant little peregrinate.
I thought 'I won't blip, I'll just take a few pictures. For fun.'

And I came back with two little nests of ladybirds, two unidentifiable (but so interesting) weeny flies.
And the sure knowledge that spider season is well and truly underway.

Now, this time last year, I wouldn't have recognised that.

And this time last year I would have blundered around into all manner of carefully constructed webs, without even so much as an apology.

Please tell me I'm not the only person who apologises to spiders.
