Have to give my apologies to my chair for not being able to make this Thursdays board meeting and feel shy to admit that I'm doing a photography course. It turns out he did the same course (well the shorter version) last year.

Work late to catch up a bit ... my only chance this week. Not a nice day ... lots of complaints to deal with.
