A Purple Haze!

I had a good nights sleep and managed a wee walk before work. The wet weather has unleashed loads of mushrooms in many shades and hues. These wee purple ones caught my eye. I think they are Laccaria amethystina, commonly known as the Amethyst Deceiver, obviously because of their colour. They are supposed to be edible but I wouldn't try it. Managed to sneak a quiet night as they are all out at athletics.....not "D" though, he has taken the laptop to watch "Paul" while he waits!!
