Gigging Around

I'm feeling quite a lot better in the latter part of today than I was yesterday and this morning. Having today off work has no doubt helped, with cold/flu capsules and a long spell back in bed late morning. I'd been wondering what to blip today. Over the years I/we had kept tickets from most of mine/our favourite gigs and festivals (where it was possible to do so). Many years ago I mounted most of the tickets behind a frame, and they hang on the wall leading upstairs. This afternoon I was tagged on Facebook, which took me to a gallery of photos many of which were of tickets from gigs the 'owner' had been to. A couple of them ellicited a response of "yes, we were there too!" Then it occured to me - why not blip those tickets? They are, after all, very precious possessions. In a way they tell the story of a large chunk of my life. So I took 2 shots and spliced them together.
