The Pumpkin Patch

A busy few days when I haven't had time to blip!
We grew our first pumpkins about 4 years ago just for fun. They proved quite successful and have been converted into pies and soup and the inevitable Halloween decorations. A couple of them have already been picked and are starting to turn orange.
Spent most of the day making pear chutney, that's the last of the usable pears thank goodness. Hopefully tomorrow afternoon I can start on the apples.
A night off tonight it being Tuesday. A chance to catch up on some recorded TV programmes!
