Peanut butter and white chocolate blondies

I first tried these on a wet early morning when we arrived at glastonbury. Our trolley carrying all our drink was broken and all the boxes of cider were disintegrating in the rain! We stopped trudging through the already muddy field and waited for some of our friends to come with their trolley to help us.
The cans were falling out everywhere so me, Nat and el sat down on the wet grass and started drinking them while thr boys took a load up in the trolley. Nat pulled out a bag of these cakes and offered them round so we had a lovely first breakfast of cake and cider in the rain!
I asked Nat for the recipe on the weekend cos they were delicious, not cakey not biscuity but king of squidgy. I think they're called blondies cos they're like brownies but lighter coloured, I didn't get that til I saw the recipe! I made them yesterday and there they are!
