Why did I come in here?

Dark, Dank and Donk

The late great Spike Milligan used the expression Dark, Dank and Donk to describe the fetid wet gloomy weather which is prevailing today. It seems to suit the occasion. This field of Flax must be ready for harvest, along with four other fields, but it is so damp it's probably going to lie here rotting until the weather improves.

Global warming anyone?
