Ya can't sit still for a minute in this city!

Taken after strolling nonchalantly through a very dodgy part (Los Doctores) of the city, only realising about halfway through, on my way from the metro to a class tonight.

Yikes in retrospect!

Never pass a good opportunity to snap a wee Beetle. Though this looks like it could do w/some tender care. It hasn't taken the local environment long to begin to absorb it back into itself.

Safely back now (cabride this time!) and wondering why, exactly, this city can look so cool, but threatening at the same time.
