Meet Ross

Fellow Reeds Runner Ross is going to be my pet project this winter.

Once a week im gonna go out and run with him and hopefully by next spring he be ready to do a half decent half marathon time.

Tonight he made a great start and already beat one of his Goals by running all the way up this hill...... and 3 others like it.

He's not a bad lad for a Lancs lad, but he has to go all the way around the world (New Zealand) to get a lass!
