High rise condos

Built just before the real estate bust, these condos look out over the Intracoastal Waterway and the ocean. There's another building next to this one - same design, a duplicate copy.

Originally, they sold for $300,000 dollars and up per unit depending on bedrooms, layout, etc. They never sold out and now can be had for under $200,000 dollars and up. Still too pricy for our blood, but beautiful units just the same. Hummm, I guess there's always a chance of hitting the lottery.

PS - Five floors is considered a high rise in our area. There are much higher condos (more floors) about 30 miles down the beach.
