Balloch

I was early for an appointment today so decided to stop at Balloch and take some photos of the boats.

This is where the River Leven flows into Loch Lomond. This is the area where I grew up and needless to say took for granted. My friend's mum and dad had a boat moored here and we used to go regularly on boat trips on Loch Lomond and have a picnic and a swim at one of the islands. The water is always cold.

It looks like this was taken very early but it was around 9.30am. The sky was grey so in the end I went with B&W again as it seemed more dramatic.
