Creme Brûlée at Joseph's Trattoria

Creme brûlée just being made in the kitchen of Joseph's Trattoria in Haverhill, MA.

A regular at this modest Italian bakery and restaurant. I've come to know the main chef and some of the staff there for about a year and the chef, Michael, was kind enough to give me a tour of his kitchen and allowed me to take pictures as well. What a treat...not to mention the Italian fare here is one of the very best in New England in my opinion.
