We went to visit friends Clare and Al and their new addition to their family today. This is Alice giving her Dad a grin while he entertains her, she is gorgeous :-)

After watching the Great North Run (amazing) we went for a 15 minute jog this afternoon. Time will tell if it was a clever decision or not...

Making an apple and blackberry crumble was a decision never in doubt! :-P
